The Talk Factor Magazine's goal is to provide a platform for our communities and youth/adults of color who are suffering in silence due to chronic illness/mental health and can not afford the education and training to follow their dreams due to the social injustice that occurs in everyday life.

Lorenzo A. Davis, Aka (LHayes) Recording Neo-Soul Artist, health advocate, activist, Film Maker, Project Designer, Visionary Consultant, and entrepreneur. He's originally from the inner city of Miami, Florida. His biggest influences have been his mother and grandmother, who laid the groundwork for the person he has become today. Facing many adversities, challenges, and stigma of “inner-city life”, his mother and grandmother proved that raising four (4) males to be different from the social standards set by society could be done. With their hard work, guidance, prayers, and perseverance.

While attending Florida Christian Academy, LHayes found his passion: theatrical arts; for which he has a profound love. As a result, "Baggage Claim" was created to help inspire and uplift communities and heal the broken and downtrodden. He has also learned to channel his creativity through singing dancing and Candle Making! Just remember: Faith, Hard-Work, Good Morals, Sound Goals, A Positive Attitude, and an Undying belief will give way to a brighter tomorrow!

Growing up in a Family Dynamic Where Verbal Abuse was at the forefront while Overcoming Hard times Terence Found Peace Within The Arts by being Creative Whether it was Musical Theatre Dancing Writing Songs Coming up with Melodies Or Showcasing Artwork as a Painter Terence Was Always a Master and Student of his craft always Reinventing himself Striving for Originality Creativity and Being The Best. Terence found himself listening to different types of Music Ranging From Jazz R&B Gospel GFunk Hip hop and Rock Music With influences from Different Artists Such as Mariah Carey, Luther Vandross, Alexander O'Neal, Duke Ellington...

With those Eclectic influences and styles, Terence has Created a Lane of his own that sets him apart from the other artists Always staying true to what he knows best SMDH does best Always Ahead of the Curve Not being Compromised Manipulated, or Derailed from Outside Negative Influences. Terence's goal in music is to Be the Voice behind thought-provoking music with a Timeless Eclectic Sound Expressing Topics and Lyrics that people are afraid to sing about and talk about. Leading that to the Forefront of the Music World For A Greater Good.

Among close friends and confidants, he goes by the name "Tonio." With an urban edge, Tonio possesses a knack for turning adversity into triumph, specializing in helping others realize their goals in a way that's uniquely his own. A survivor of formidable life challenges, Tonio is on a mission to share his hard-earned wisdom with those facing their own adversities.

Revered by those who know him both personally and professionally, Tonio is renowned for his tenacious spirit, unwavering motivation, and a reputation for no-nonsense guidance. Watching others triumph and forge ahead in the face of life's tests is where Tonio finds his exhilaration. SJ Williams is a young entrepreneur with a passion for social media, web design, and event planning. She graduated from Columbia College Chicago with her BA in Business & Entrepreneurship in 2015. This Illinois native started her journey in Chicago before moving to Atlanta to further her career in 2017.
